Types of Our Cocaine Drug Testing Kits?

We offer a variety of Opites drug testing kits. Each kit is designed for different situations and what you need to test for. Here’s an overview:

Types of Testing Kits Description Advantages Ideal for
Urine Testing Kits Examine urine samples to detect cocaine and their breakdown products. User-friendly, non-invasive, and provides quick results. Perfect for employers, rehabilitation centers, parents, and individual users.
Saliva Testing Kits Identify cocaine in saliva with a straightforward collection process. Easy collection, swift results, and tamper-resistant. Suitable for employers, law enforcement, schools, and personal use.

How to Use Urine Testing Kits for Cocaine

Allow the test cup to come to room temperature [15-30℃ (59-86℉)] prior to test.

1. Tear open the foil bag and take out the test cup along with the disposable gloves provided for the donor. Label the device with the donor's details. (Fig. 1)

2. Open the test cup lid and urinate directly into the cup. Ensure the urine specimen fills between the 30 mL minimum and 110 mL maximum marks indicated on the cup. (Fig. 2)

3. Once the urine specimen is collected, securely close the lid and hand the cup back to the collection official. (Fig. 3)

4. The collection official should wear the provided gloves. Remove the label to view the test results. Read the results at 5 minutes. DO NOT INTERPRET THE RESULTS AFTER 10 MINUTES. (Fig. 4 & 5)

How to Use Saliva Testing Kits for Cocaine Drug

Allow the test cup, specimen, and/or controls to reach room temperature (15-30°C) prior to testing.

Instruct the donor to not place anything in the mouth including food, drink, gum or tobacco products for at least 10 minutes prior to collection.

1. Remove the collection sponge and test cube from the sealed pouch and unwrap the collection sponge.

2. Insert the sponge end of the saliva collector into the mouth. Actively swab the inside of the mouth and tongue for 2-3 minutes until the sponge is fully saturated. Gently press the sponge between the tongue and teeth to help saturation. The sponge should feel soft with no hard spots when fully saturated.

3. Take the collector out of the mouth. Insert the saturated oral fluid collector into the test cup and screw the collector to fully release the oral fluid.

4. Place the test cup on a clean, level surface. Remove the peel-off label, wait for the flow to appear in the test windows, and start a timer.

5.  If the sample does not migrate in the test cup after 3 minutes, rotate the cup 4-5 times.

6. Read the test results between 3-10 minutes. If all lines are clearly visible at 3 minutes or sooner, the test can be interpreted as negative and discarded. If any lines are not visible at 3 minutes, re-read the test at 10 minutes.

7. For the alcohol strip, if applicable, read the results at 2 minutes. Compare the color of the reaction pad with the provided chart to determine the relative oral fluid alcohol level.

How Long Should You Wait to See the Results?

Here is an overview of the expected waiting times for our cocaine drug testing kits:

Types of Testing Kit Waiting Time Factors Affecting Duration
Urine Testing Kit 5 minutes Hydration levels, urinary pH, and frequency of use can influence how long cocaine remains detectable in urine.
Saliva Testing Kit 3 to 10 minutes Saliva tests have a shorter detection window, making them useful for detecting recent use.

Factors Influencing Detection Times

  • Frequency and amount of use: People who use cocaine more frequently or in larger amounts will have higher levels of cocaine and its metabolites in their system, which will take longer to clear.

  • Metabolism: Your body's metabolism plays a major role in how quickly you eliminate cocaine. People with a faster metabolism will generally eliminate cocaine from their system more quickly than those with a slower metabolism.

  • Hydration: Staying hydrated helps your body flush out toxins, including cocaine metabolites. Dehydration can slow down this process and extend the detection window for cocaine.

  • Overall health: Certain health conditions, such as liver or kidney problems, can affect how quickly your body eliminates cocaine.

  • Body composition: Cocaine metabolites can be stored in fatty tissue. People with a higher body fat percentage may take longer to eliminate cocaine from their system.

  • Other substances: Using other drugs, such as alcohol or marijuana, can interact with cocaine metabolism and affect detection times.

How Accurate Are Our Cocaine Drug Testing Kits?

Our drug tests are exceptionally accurate! Assessed by three different individuals using our drug testing samples, they exhibited:

  • 92.5% accuracy for positive results: Indicating that when the test detects a drug, it is accurate 92.5% of the time.

  • 100% accuracy for negative results: Indicating that when the test shows no presence of a drug, it is always accurate.

Several factors, such as pH levels, hydration, metabolism, physical activity, or the use of other substances, can affect drug test outcomes. Nevertheless, our tests are not misled by these variables.

This confirms that our tests are highly reliable and consistent, making them a superb option for drug detection.
