1. Insert the sterile swab into one nostril until resistance is felt (2–4 cm).

5. Remove the swab, seal the tube with the dropper tip, and apply drops to the test cassette.
6. Wait 15 minutes for results.
How to Interpret the Results
- Negative: A line appears only on the C mark, indicating no infection. Retest in a few days if symptoms persist.
